Just the two of them. Saying yes to each other and to a life together in intimacy, solitude and pure bliss. That’s what an elopement is about. It’s a very intimate and personal way to get married and more and more couples choose to do so.
Elopement Inspiration “Wild at Heart”
We created this autumn elopement inspiration in the 2016 Pantone color “Serenity” to give you and idea how an elopement could look like when integrating these colors. Soft blue hues. Flowing fabrics. Thick greens. Natural textures. And love between each other. That’s what this styled shoot consists of.
Combining the Pantone color of the year 2016 with blues, neutrals and greens we re-created the surrounding nature in our work. Our most important element was water – not only because we love the idea of getting married by a river or lake, but also because we love the trend of watercolour “everything”.
The cake & cookies from amazing Alma Pasteles and the flowing dress from Rembo Styling pay homage to this element, too.To keep everything natural & affordable, we used mostly natural ingredients like mosses and leafs for the table runner. In our case the talented florists at stielecht created it, but it can be foraged anywhere if you want to. I’m very honoured that this elopement inspiration has been featured in a 5 pages spread in the September issue of Hochzeit Magazin.
